Returns & refunds
Last updated 2 October 2026
We want you to love what you hang. If a print is not right for your wall, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Returning an item you changed your mind about
- You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item. Write to shop@amelia-art.com with your order number and the item. We reply within two working days with the return address.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, not hung or drilled, and sent back in its original packaging or packaging that protects it equally well.
- You pay the cost of sending it back. We recommend a tracked parcel, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
- This applies to canvas prints and original paintings. Original paintings must be returned fully insured.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
- If an item arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not what you ordered, write to shop@amelia-art.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
- We replace it free of charge or, if you prefer, refund it in full including delivery. You do not pay any return costs, and we will tell you whether to send the item back.
- Small differences in colour between your screen and the printed canvas, and the edge style shown in the preview (mirrored, white or black), are not faults.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and check its condition, we refund the price of the item within 14 days, using the payment method you used to order.
- For a change-of-mind return, the original delivery cost is refunded only if you return the whole order.
- If the item comes back used or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value, or refuse the return.
Cancelling an order
Every canvas is printed for you. You can cancel free of charge until your order goes into production, usually within 12 hours of ordering: write to shop@amelia-art.com as soon as possible. After that, the return policy above applies.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory warranty rights under Swiss law, which it does not limit.
